Rachel Caplan

Hi, I’m Rachel - a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

Alongside my massage therapy work, I’m also trained in Reformer Pilates, Lower Back Rehabilitation, Core-Specific Training, and Pre- & Post-Natal Exercise. These areas perfectly complement my sports massage therapy, allowing me to take a full-body approach to recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re an athlete, gym-goer, or simply looking to ease tension from daily life, I tailor every session to your individual needs.

In addition to sports massage, I also offer cupping therapy and assisted stretching to help release tight muscles, improve mobility, and speed up recovery.

I genuinely love what I do, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone move without pain, overcome an injury, or simply feel better in their own body.

When I’m not treating clients or coaching in the gym, you’ll usually find me training, out for a run, or spending quality time with friends and family.

My goal is simple: to help you feel your best, move with confidence, and realise just how strong and capable your body truly is.
