Welcome, Suzi here, founder of Puraura Healing & Spiritual. I offer you heart-centred, intuitive experiences incorporating Natural Usui Reiki, Angel guidance and protection and Natural Crystal energy. Reiki is a Japanese system of energy healing, combining ancient traditional and spiritual practices, sacred symbols, breath work and meditation. It is a complementary therapy now being trialled by the NHS.

Every session is tailored to your individual needs, clearing and balancing your own energy systems (chakras). My treatments encourage deep relaxation, helping you to soften and gently release old patterns, find clarity and restore emotional wellbeing. Also helping to heal related physical issues. Ancestral, present and future situations can be visited and addressed.

Many women find these therapies support menopause symptoms, improve sleep, reduce stress and help them reconnect with their authentic self. I hold a safe, nurturing space where healing and renewal can unfold naturally.

Although I am now qualified and attuned to Reiki Master Teacher level, my spiritual journey continues to develop. I love my work and the gift of peace it can bring to people. When I’m not healing I enjoy walking in nature, drumming, crafts and writing.
