Rachel always goes that extra mile to enhance my experience at Birch Barn Therapies. I was there for a nail appointment which as always are fabulous but after discussing the current state of my eyebrows, not only did Rachel consult on my future options but was happy to give me a quick tidy up. I went to Rachel originally because I really like her mantra of "less is more". I'm not particularly 'girly' but wanted to take more care over my appearance, but was worried about looking like I'd just stepped out of TOWIE or something and Rachel was exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely no regrets. She is utterly fabulous. I started off using her for facial clear-ing things (still don't know what they're called) and waxing. She has since tattooed on my eyebrows which look better than I could ever imagined and I essentially find any excuse for her to tart me up in some way, plus her advice is always completely solid. Honestly, I feel and look better than I think I ever have and it's all down to her. Highly, highly recommend to anyone, she is awesome!
